Feature Requests

We will have more than one PDF template for job sheets/reports/invoices/quotes. The default PDF template will remain as they are, but each account can change the template on their own account.

Ability to add all the company vehicles onto the system and track its repair history, etc.. as well as what drivers had it and when. So each job also shows which van(s) attended, etc..

Have the Customer Information and any other relevant system information automatically populate form fields when filling out a form, such as a Gas safety Check on site

Visual view of report data, such as charts/ scales etc.

ability to send invoice asking for deposit / Pre payment on quotations

Add a header that will show when a job was created (Job Creation Date). This information currently only shows through Job Activity section.

Show events on the month view of calendar

At the moment the reports can only be created based on the scheduled date and the due date. Users should also be able to create reports based on the Completion Date - this date can be take from the Job Activity Feed - the date when the job was marked as Completed.

Have an option to only show the total on the quote/invoice PDF files. And also hide other cost item details.

It would be good if you could send a statement via the invoice tab
