I would find this really helpful especially out in the field where instead of scribbling it down on a piece of paper and not got the time to actually search and schedule a customer I can easily just add a note so I remember to do it later on my laptop, ie invoice a customer, quote a customer add hock, book a job in etc

When you click on a service job, there should be a link back to the customer contact.

Should be able to blank off days by week (Not available) at the moment you can only blank off all saturdays, what if someone wants to work every other saturday?

At the moment if you want to add a quote through the mobile app it will be mandatory to add a cost item to the quote. Maybe we should consider removing this condition.

At the moment the Amount option from the invoice PDF doesn't mention that the amounts displayed are excluding VAT. We should look into adding a suffix to the Amount header to mention that the amounts do not include VAT.

Currently to change the schedule when viewing a job detail, you have to enter the edit job page. For ease of efficiency, can we please be able to quicky change the schedule of a job on the job detail page, similar to how you can easily do so in the scheduler tab.

We should look into the possibility of adding a feature for pre-scheduled dates to jobs for the Scheduler and mobile app. These jobs would be scheduled but they would be marked as 'temporarily scheduled' not having a definite scheduled date. These jobs would be marked as such and they would be displayed on the scheduler timelines as scheduled and on the mobile app. Mobile app users would then check them and approve the dates or change them if needed.

add the ability to raise PO within a job

We should look into the possibility of adding a version of the Scheduler to the Customer portal. Maybe a way to show/hide fieldworker names, a way to restrict jobs scheduled for other customers. sites they do not have access to, unscheduled jobs, etc.

We should look into the possibility of adding a single section for both files and notes, like in the old app.
