We need to look into a way to duplicate a form from a job and then somehow transfer it to another job. Not sure how this would work without linking all jobs to one another, but it would be a useful tool to have if we can figure this out.

Usually the form variables will auto-populate the form fields the first time the form is added to the job. If the job is edited and the job fields linked to the form variables are updated the fields on the actual form are not updated. We need to look into an option to update these fields on the forms as well.

when raising a invoice, add a button to say this job is not yet complete, would you like to proceed and mark this as complete and raise the invoice...

Being able to drag and drop jobs in the scheduler that have multiple workers assigned. At the moment you have to open up each job and edit each job which is slow.

It would be helpful to have an option to upload files to reminders. It should be available for Service Reminders and Internal Reminders, but mainly for Internal Reminders.

Have a way to add custom payment terms that can be set as default in Settings -> Billing, this is regarding the invoice payment terms.

Have a way to add conditional form fields/questions. For example if you have Question A -> If answer is Yes -> load Question A.2. If answer is No go to Question B and so on.

Have an option to send custom messages to customers, at the moment the system will only send automated messages. Maybe have an option to send manual SMS through a job/quote/standalone invoice with a custom text.

Have a way to connect an email account to Workforce and funnel these emails to Workforce. e.g. view them, reply to them, etc.

At the moment you can view timesheets in a daily view and a weekly view. It would be helpful to also have a Monthly view for timesheets.
