You can add subcontractors to the system. They can be created via contact and then all jobs go onto a contractor line on the scheduler (you dont have an individual line for each contractor - see article: http://help.workforce.fm/settings/how-to-add-a-contractor-or-supplier http://help.workforce.fm/settings/managing-contractors-in-workforce-fm
