- we have SLAs with our clients, so we have to provide them with a report within say 2 days of the initial attendance, need to return a quotation within say 4 days, etc. we are breaching these SLAs because there is no automatic monitoring that tells us the SLAs.
- We would like to have some kind of automation within Workever where it monitors that.

This would be great if you can manually set a target date for all new jobs loaded onto the system and then it will flag up the ones that have gone overdue… most companies work with service level agreements so this would please a lot of companies who use workever.
