On the web app you can go to jobs you can go to Forms -> view a specific form -> Reopen a Completed form.

Maybe we should consider doing this for the mobile app as well, adding an option to Reopen Completed forms directly through the mobile app. Maybe for Field Managers only, or add it as an option in Settings, it should definitely not be added as a default for all existing users.
