When adding a portal communication note there should also be a notification sent to an admin email address or better yet an audio notification that can be enabled/disabled on a user level if possible.

Hi All,
Dan here - Just wanted to let you know that we have implemented two email template in Settings -> Messaging that will notify an admin email address when the notes were added to a job or quote through the Customer Portal:
These are the names of the email templates:
Portal communication note added - Jobs
Portal communication note added - Quotes
