Notification for web-based app when changing job status;

Whenever a fieldworker changes a job's status have away to send a notification to the job creator (if it is created through web app) mentioning that the status for job WF0001 has been changed

It would be good to have an option to send internal notifications (maybe a temporary banner at the top) for ceratin actions e.g. job completed, job scheduled, etc. These of course should be enabled and disabled.
