We would like to use this feature as an equipment tracking feature. It would be good to make this category have any option to record our company tools and be able to allocate them to jobs to be able to keep tabs on where high value item machinery is and who used it last (checked-in/checked-out)?

Currently all we have is a calendar on the wall that we block out days for when certain generators are on hire.

I do see it as a scheduler, that you can allocate to a customer for a short period of time setting a start and optional end date. This would integrate nicely with the asset manager features that you have just launched, because you could still have all the info against the asset but you could also put a cost to the asset.

I would be happy to discuss how this would work best for us (if you need a test case) to understand how it could work. It would work well probably as a tab on the scheduler page?
