This already is an option. You need to go to Settings -> Forms -> view the custom form that you created -> add the variables to the fields e.g. Site address, Customer name, etc.

This can't be done for library forms on your end, but if you want us to do this for the library forms you usually add to jobs please contact us over chat and we can help with this.
