Hope to have a function to copy existing quote to a new quote instead of typing all over again. This should allow users to copy the quote details and edit any information on the quote e.g. description, customer, cost items, etc.

Sometime its an annual procedure, pricing are staying too, so instead of re-keying the entire lot of the past quote into the new quote, by having able to duplicate the quote to a new quote allows faster way of working

At tender stage we have a few construction companies asking for a quote for the same job. It would be good if we could send the same quote to different customers for the same site rather than re-quoting each time

Quite often we will have to refine a quote for a job which requires a new scheduled date but could really do with being an extension of the original quote rather than having two separate quotes
