Have a way to add conditional form fields/questions.

For example if you have Question A -> If answer is Yes -> load Question A.2. If answer is No go to Question B and so on.

It would also be useful if the content of fields could be filtered based on a previous answer. For instance a category and then a sub-category and the selection of the category field filtering what can then be selected in the sub category.
