Add Quote Accepted and Quote Rejected email templates;

The Quote Accepted and Quote Rejected email templates should have a 'Send email to admin' field where users can add their own email addresses. Once a quote is accepted or rejected through the Customer Portal the system should send the email to the admin email address letting them know that a quote was accepted or rejected.
