Have an option to add events through the mobile app. Maybe FW Full can add events for themselves only and Field Manager can add events for other users as well.

Events can now be added directly from the Workever V2 Mobile App available for iOS and Android

Correct i need this to remind of meetings and staff holidays etc

Yes, have found the need for this on several occasions, great for notes into the diary, or implement a notes section for marking out the dates with a comment? Could also introduce AM or PM Availability
